Cape Sands Corporation was officially registered as a Maine Sub-S corporation in 1996. Its founder and CEO Carl Pearson did so in order to purchase a local Marina. Although that particular deal fell through, the corporate name remained.Cape Sands Corporation is essentially a corporate umbrella under which several smaller businesses operate.

Pearson’s Anything Goes is our property management / maintenance company which services clients all over southern Maine. Jobs range from weekly House checks to New Home construction.

Cape Sands (Formerly Jordan’s Lawn & Garden Center) which found its way under our umbrella in March of 2008 is becoming a destination with its own unique personality. In addition to the extensive equipment sales, service and parts departments, Cape Sands also offers an assortment of locally created arts, crafts, jewelry, bead items, and a recently added convenience hardware section.
